How it works

From your address to photos in your account.

No visits are open for booking right now. This is how a visit works when they are.

Isometric scene of a laptop with a map pin, a photographer on the sidewalk, and a phone with a grid of house photos

Three steps

Get your property photographed in a few simple steps.

  1. Enter your address

Tell us which property you want photographed.

  2. Choose a visit

Pick an open date and a two-hour window.

  3. We photograph it

We visit the property and your photos go to your account.

Before, on and after the day

Before the visit

To book, confirm the property, choose the visit, a two-hour arrival window and any options, confirm your relationship to the property, and pay by card. Your free account keeps your visits together.

On the day

We arrive inside the two-hour window you chose. Your account shows when a visit is under way.

After the visit

We review everything, then post it to your account. Every visit stays in your account.

A visit is a photographic record of the exterior. It is not a home inspection, an appraisal, or a security or patrol service. For a structural or systems assessment, hire a licensed inspector.
